Dan Allen - Production & Technical
Dan started out in the pool and spa construction industry as the Construction Superintendent for Central Texas' largest pool company. Dan traveled throughout the state building residential and commercial pool projects. Dan has accumulated over 28 years experience with the pool industry and has been instrumental in developing "Versa Wall" construction techniques for severe hillside pool and spa construction. Dan stays involved in the entire construction process from layout to check out.

John Luebbe - Design, Sales & Administration
John's accounting background with Southland Corp. were brought to the mix enabling him to effectively cost our projects. He owned his own construction company for many years prior to his partnering with Dan and Steve to form Tri-County Pools. John is currently responsible for pool design, staff & office administration, client sales & interactions and overseeing many of the day-to-day details of operating TCP.

Steve Lyon - Service, Maintenance & Repairs
Steve started in the pool industry by managing YMCA pools and coaching swim teams while earning his B.A. in English. After college he worked for Central Texas' largest pool builder as the senior technician in their service department.

Since teaming with John Luebbe and Dan Allen, Steve has built Tri County Pools Service into a company servicing over 2,000 customers. With a dedicated team of professionals, we offer repair on all problems that may arise with inground gunite pools. From maintenance & cleaning to repairs & complete renovations. We have factory trained technicians to handle any problem.

Tri County Pools Service is currently a factory authorized warranty station for manufacturers such as: Polaris, Sta Rite, Jandy, Laars, Hayward, Goldline, Fiberstars, Pentair & Lochinvar.
